These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the W2 Spring Classic (W2SC) website and your participation in the W2 Spring Classic 3-on-3 basketball tournament ("the Event"), held May 28-30, 2027 in Walla Walla, WA.
Registration & Eligibility
By registering a team, you agree to the Event's Official Rules, including eligibility requirements, and to the liability waiver presented during registration. Full refund and cancellation terms are outlined in the Rules page.
Payments
Entry fees are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in USD. By completing registration, you authorize the charge for your selected division and any skills contests you add.
SMS Terms
By providing your phone number during registration, you consent to receive text messages from W2 Spring Classic (W2SC) related to your team's games, including schedule reminders and game-time alerts.
- Message frequency varies based on your division and how far your team advances in the tournament, typically a handful of messages across the event weekend.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Text STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Website Use
This website is provided for the purpose of registering for and following the W2 Spring Classic. We aim to keep schedule and score information accurate and up to date, but W2SC is not liable for delays, errors, or omissions in schedule or score postings.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site or participation in the Event after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
